Grilled Turmeric Chicken Salad



This Grilled Turmeric Chicken Salad is a delightful combination of tender, flavorful chicken with fresh vegetables and a tangy dressing. The turmeric marinade adds a unique twist to a classic salad, making it a healthy and satisfying meal.

Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette dressing

Instructions:

Warm up the grill over medium-high heat

To make a sauce for the chicken, mix olive oil, turmeric powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl

Cover the chicken breasts with the marinade

Give them a few minutes to soak up the flavors

Cook the chicken breasts on the grill for about 6 to 8 minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked and have nice grill marks

After taking the chicken off the grill, let it rest for a few minutes

Then, cut it into strips

Put the mixed greens, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and red onion in a large salad bowl

Place the grilled chicken slices on top of the salad

Put small pieces of feta cheese on top of the salad

Spread the balsamic vinaigrette dressing on top of the salad

Gently toss everything together to mix the flavors

Campfire Cone Marshmallows



Campfire Cone Marshmallows are a fun and easy treat to make while camping or enjoying a backyard bonfire. These sweet and gooey cones are filled with marshmallows, chocolate, and graham crackers, creating a campfire twist on the classic s'mores.

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of sugar ice cream cones
  • 1 bag of marshmallows
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1 cup of mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup of crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup of melted butter

Instructions:

Prepare your campfire or grill for cooking over an open flame

In a small bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers and melted butter to make a crumbly mixture

Fill each sugar ice cream cone with a few chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and marshmallows from the bag

Sprinkle the graham cracker mixture on top of the marshmallows in each cone

Wrap each filled cone in aluminum foil, leaving the top open

Place the foil-wrapped campfire cones on a grill grate or directly on the campfire coals

Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the marshmallows and chocolate are melted and the cones are lightly toasted

Carefully remove the campfire cones from the heat using tongs or a long fork

Allow them to cool for a minute or two before unwrapping and enjoying your delicious campfire cone marshmallows!

Victoria Secret Cupcakes



These Victoria Secret Cupcakes are a sweet and glamorous treat that will make you feel like a star. With a hint of pink and a surprise raspberry filling, they are perfect for any special occasion or just when you want to indulge in something fabulous.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • Pink food coloring optional
  • Raspberry jam for filling
  • Vanilla frosting
  • Edible glitter for decoration

Instructions:

Warm up the oven to 350F 175C and put cupcake liners in a muffin tin

Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl with a whisk

Put away

Melt the butter and mix it with the sugar in another bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy

One at a time, add the eggs and beat well after each one

Add the vanilla extract and mix well

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ones, mixing in the milk and sour cream every so often

Don't mix any further than that

If you want, you can add pink food coloring

The batter should be about two thirds of the way up each cupcake liner

After the oven is hot, bake the cupcakes for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean

Let the cupcakes cool all the way down

Once the cupcakes are cool, cut out the middle and put a small amount of raspberry jam in it

Use your favorite vanilla frosting to frost the cupcakes, and for a little extra glam, sprinkle edible glitter on top

Take your Victoria's Secret cupcakes out and enjoy them!

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined

Fold in the white chocolate chips, dried cranberries, and chopped pecans

Sun-Dried Tomato Vegan Meatballs



Sun-dried tomatoes, lentils, and fragrant spices give these vegan meatballs a lot of flavor. You can put them on top of pasta or in sandwiches, and everyone likes them, even people who aren't vegan.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, soaked in hot water for 10 minutes, drained
  • 1 cup cooked lentils
  • 1/2 cup raw walnuts
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for greasing baking sheet

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 190C 375F

Use olive oil to grease a baking sheet

Sun-dried tomatoes that have been soaked, cooked lentils, walnuts, garlic, nutritional yeast, breadcrumbs, tomato paste, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using should all be put in a food processor

Pulse until the ingredients are mixed but still have some chunks

Put the meatballs on the baking sheet that has been prepared

They should be about the size of golf balls

Put the meatballs in the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the outside is firm and a little crispy

Eat it hot with your favorite sauce or pasta, or put it in a sandwich or a wrap
